A great Thai restaurant, nice and clean, with good flavours and a balanced use of spices. We like the fact that the food is not plenty of sugar, like in many other Thai restaurant in regional Victoria, and the correct size of the portions allow to try different things.
We enjoyed the the pumpkin curry with chicken and rice, the beautiful laksa and the Crying Tiger.
The staff is polite and friendly, prices are very good with excellent deals for lunchtime, while you can save with BYO. By the way, the Brown Grain is BYO only, so if you forget to bring your beer or wine you'll have to choose between water and tear... Advanced booking for dinner and weekends is recommended.
